Ordering
When you place an order, we get to it! We'll send an e-mail acknowledgement to you as soon as your order is received to let you know we're headed to the shop to create your Adirondack garden furniture. The day your furniture is shipped, we e-mail you again to let you know, including the shipping confirmation number so that all goods can be tracked.
A Variety of Ways to Ship your Order
If you're a do-it-yourself kind of person, you'll appreciate the great value of unassembled Adirondack furniture, packaged carefully and shipped from our door to yours in short order. Of course, if you would rather receive your beautiful furniture ready to enjoy, we will happily assemble it before shipping, if you live in calary the choice is yours!
For shipping, choose one of two methods:
1. Purolator Ground Service, our standard method, or
2. Purolator Service for speedier delivery at a small additional charge.
Delivery Policy
Free shipping is included on all orders to the US and Canada. Other destinations will be quoted. All items are shipped Ground Service unless otherwise requested in which case a small additional fee will apply.
